Important medical notice
DrComplete is not an emergency service. If you have severe symptoms, breathing difficulty, a rapidly worsening reaction, heavy bleeding, loss of consciousness, or another emergency, contact your local emergency service or visit the nearest emergency department immediately.
1. About DrComplete
DrComplete is a digital healthcare service used to discover appointment availability, request and manage dermatology consultations, complete eligible payments, receive service communications, and keep consultation records organised.
References to “DrComplete”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean the DrComplete service and its authorised clinic team. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating doctor using their independent professional judgement.
2. Eligibility and acceptance
- You must be at least 18 years old to use DrComplete for yourself, or use it as the parent or lawful guardian of a patient where permitted.
- By creating an account, continuing as a guest, requesting an appointment, or using a consultation, you agree to these Terms.
- You must provide accurate, current information and have authority to provide any patient information submitted.
3. Medical care and emergencies
The website and dashboard do not replace a consultation, physical examination, diagnostic test, or emergency assessment. General website information is educational and is not a personal diagnosis or treatment plan.
- Online care has limitations because the doctor may rely on information, photographs, reports, and video or audio provided remotely.
- The doctor may recommend an in-person examination, additional tests, another specialist, or urgent care when clinically appropriate.
- No diagnosis, prescription, treatment response, or clinical outcome is guaranteed.
4. Accounts and guest access
You are responsible for access to your email account, secure sign-in links, devices, and dashboard. Do not share a sign-in link, consultation link, or protected clinical record with an unauthorised person.
Guest booking access is limited to the appointment for which it was created. Guests must provide a working email address for confirmation and appointment communication. Notify the clinic promptly if you believe access has been compromised.
5. Appointments and consultations
- Displayed availability may change until an appointment is confirmed. Sending a request does not by itself guarantee the selected time.
- The booking summary identifies whether the appointment is an online consultation or clinic visit. Where both are offered, you must select the required mode.
- Join online consultations from a private, suitable location and arrive for clinic visits at the location shown in the confirmed appointment.
- The clinic may reasonably delay, reschedule, decline, or cancel an appointment because of availability, safety, incomplete information, payment status, or clinical suitability.
6. Fees and payments
The consultation fee and available payment method are shown before confirmation. Online payments are processed by Razorpay. DrComplete records payment references and status but does not store your full card or banking credentials.
- Online consultations must be paid online when required.
- A clinic visit may offer both online payment and payment at clinic.
- A pay-at-clinic appointment remains payment-pending until the doctor or authorised clinic team records payment.
- Failed, abandoned, reversed, or unverified payments do not create a right to a confirmed appointment.
Additional details are available in the Payment Policy.
7. Cancellations and rescheduling
Unpaid appointments may be cancelled immediately where the dashboard provides that option. A paid appointment may generally be changed only more than 24 hours before its scheduled start and may require clinic approval and another available slot.
Sending a cancellation or reschedule request does not mean it has been accepted. Paid consultation fees are not automatically refundable, including for missed appointments. Any refund required by applicable law or expressly approved by the clinic will be handled through the appropriate payment process.
See the Reschedule Policy and Payment Policy for the current operational rules.
8. Service communications
You agree to receive transactional messages needed to operate the service, including secure sign-in links, appointment requests, confirmations, changes, reminders, payment updates, clinic locations, and consultation links. Delivery may be delayed by email providers, networks, or incorrect contact details.
You remain responsible for checking the dashboard and the email address supplied for the booking. Marketing messages, if introduced, will be handled separately from essential service communications.
9. Information and files you provide
You retain ownership of photographs, reports, descriptions, and other material you submit. You allow DrComplete and the authorised care team to securely store, process, reproduce, and share that material as reasonably necessary to provide care, maintain records, comply with law, and operate the service.
Submit only relevant, accurate material that you are entitled to provide. Do not upload unlawful content, another person's confidential information without authority, or malicious files.
10. Acceptable use
You must not:
- impersonate another person or provide misleading medical, identity, booking, or payment information;
- misuse prescriptions, consultation links, clinical records, or the doctor's identity;
- attempt to bypass security, probe the service, scrape protected data, introduce malware, or disrupt availability;
- harass the doctor, clinic team, patients, or service providers; or
- use DrComplete for unlawful activity or in a way that infringes another person's rights.
11. Privacy and health records
Personal and clinical information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Access is limited according to account role and care needs. Internet services cannot be guaranteed to be completely risk-free, but reasonable safeguards are used to protect the service and its records.
12. Third-party services
DrComplete relies on third-party infrastructure for functions such as hosting, authentication, database services, email, payments, and map links. Razorpay, email providers, Google Maps, and other third parties may apply their own terms and privacy practices.
DrComplete is not responsible for a third party's separate website, outage, decision, or handling of information outside our reasonable control.
13. Intellectual property
DrComplete's name, branding, interface, original website content, and software are owned by or licensed to DrComplete. You may use the service only for personal healthcare purposes. These Terms do not transfer intellectual property rights to you.
14. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep DrComplete accurate and available, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, upgrades, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Features, clinicians, appointment times, fees, and supported consultation modes may change.
To the extent permitted by law, the technology service is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms limits a doctor's professional duties or any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DrComplete is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from service interruption, third-party failure, unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect access, or inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, professional obligations, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
16. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, non-payment, misuse, or a serious breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, existing clinical records and confirmed care obligations will be handled according to applicable law and professional requirements.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, law, clinical workflow, or providers change. The effective date will be updated on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the service. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting mandatory consumer or patient rights that apply where you live. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, subject to any dispute process or forum required by applicable law.
Please contact DrComplete first so the clinic team can try to resolve a booking, payment, access, or service concern promptly.
